To access all Banner CBTs, map \\erpsnap\cbt to your R drive.
To map \\erpsnap\cbt, complete the following.
- Double-click on the My Computer icon.
- Select "Tools" and then "Map Network Drive..." from the menu.
- Select R : from the Drive drop-down box.
- Enter \\erpsnap\cbt in the Folder drop-down box.
- *** Select the Reconnect at logon check-box. *** THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
- Press the Finish button.
To access all 1College project documentation, map the S drive to \\erpsnap\docs.
To map \\erpsnap\docs, complete the following.
- Double-click on the My Computer icon.
- Select "Tools" and then "Map Network Drive..." from the menu.
- Select S : from the Drive drop-down box.
- Enter \\erpsnap\docs in the Folder drop-down box.
- *** Select the Reconnect at logon check-box. *** THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
- Press the Finish button.
